From the grand courtyard entrance you reach the main villa which ofers a spacious Great Room with high ceilings, custom handcarved cypress furniture, and sectional sofas. The Dining areas. A Gourmet Kitchen equipped with stainless-steel appliances including two refrigerators, a gas cooktop, double ovens, cookware and tableware. French doors open out to an upper terrace which overlooks enchanting blue ocean views.

Adjoining the Great Room is the air-conditioned media room, library, and home theater, furnished with down-filled sofas and featuring beautifully handcrafted woodwork and bamboo flooring. For entertainment, there is a 55-inch HDTV, BluRay DVD player and a Kaleidescape system with easy access to 175 movies, books, and a wet bar.

The air-conditioned king bedroom master suite adjoins, with a separate office complete with an internet and MAC computer, fax, copier, printer. There is also a his-and-hers master bathroom and dressing room.

Stairs lead to the lower level and a second living area equipped with a large-screen HDTV with a BluRay DVD system, iPod dock, wet bar and mini-fridge; this area opens directly out to a covered terrace bordered by the heated pool.

The second bedroom with king bed and third bedroom with queen bed are both air conditioned and have ensuite bathrooms and are situated on opposite sides of the pool terrace.

Across the courtyard is the two-story guest villa. Each level offers an air-conditioned queen bedroom and bathroom suite. The lower level suite has a complete small kitchen, and the upper level suite offers two scenic balconies.

The Heated Swimming Pool is 10' x 40' x 3.5' to 5' deep and is seven sided in shape.

Amenities include: 7 satellite plasma HDTV, BluRay DVD player, iPod docks, CD, surround-sound system, music collection, books, games. Complimentary bathroom toiletries and welcome basket with snacks, rum, beer and mixers plus coffee, cream and sugar on arrival.

Rental Notes: For 11th and 12th persons (must be children), please add $60 per child per night, for use of a sofabed in lower level of the guest villa's bedroom. Both must be a child UNDER 12 YEARS (and please be advised that with the sofabed being used, this bedroom's floor space becomes very tight).

Children Welcome with notarized liability waiver required for children under 7 years.
