Upstairs is the living room with ceiling fans and windows looking out at the ocean and desecheo island!

There is a flat screen tv with cable tv. There are 2 more bedrooms up here, again one with a king size bed and one with 2 full size beds.

The bedrooms are ac'd. There is the laundry room with a washer and new dryer. Another bathroom with a shower is up here as well.

In the backyard you have a gas bbq. Step out the gate, you are on beautiful sea beach- a fantastic swimming beach.

Turn to the left and in less than 5 minutes you are at the rincon of the seas hotel, a little past that is the villa cofresi- a very family friendly hotel with banana boat rides & kayak rentals, a great bar on the beach with hamburgers, pinchos (puerto rican style shis kabobs), & try their famous pirata!

This home is less than a mile from the rincón town plaza, grocery stores, 24 hour emergency room and more! There is gated-offstreet parking for two cars. The home has a back up water tank. Please enjoy any smoking outside.
