The villa comprises of 2 pavilions, beautifully furnished, surrounded by the bush gardens. The master bedroom pavilion has a queen size antique iron four poster bed, tiled bathroom with large tub and shower, dressing room with separate sink and vanity.

The main pavilion consists of a great room, a dining room comfortably seating six and a gourmet kitchen. There is a separate wing of 2 bedrooms each with a sink and a vanity, queen sized antique 4 poster iron beds, one bath with tub and shower. Both pavilions have plantation doors repeated throughout, giving the villa a cool open air quality.

The wrap around verandas surround the villa. This one level style is totally open to many areas where you may relax and dine. Directly front of the villa at the pool veranda you can enjoy the perfect sunsets. There is also a shady courtyard or deck between the pavilion with a outdoor shower.

Each pavilion has a phone and ceiling fans. the main pavilion has a tv + dvd player and stereo.

The property consists of 3.5 acres which the first acre is landscaped the rest is left in its original and natural state.

Throughout the property there are numerous varieties of mango, avocado lemon and lime trees. Each in its own season, the staff will bring to the table.

The house is set on a rise that is held by stone retaining walls and completely private. There is also a ruin of the property that is attached to the house, the ruin date 1670 and used to be a sugar mill. Today there is a garden in the ruin with roses and herbs. All the gardens are very tropical landscaping is incredibly lush and to enhance the home.
