The Villa is one of the very few (World Wide) fully serviced Villas available for rent. This means that while you relax and enjoy yourself, a trained couple will quietly take care of all needs: housekeeping, cooking (you can always do your own), dish washing, table waiting, bar tending, and any other reasonable household chore. If you so desire, music of your choice can be played and heard in select places or in the whole Villa, including the swimming pool deck, the cabana, and barbecue area.

The Villa is yours, and yours alone to enjoy. It is occupied by only one party at a time, be it a family or a group of families. And no matter how many or how few you are, it’s always a pleasurable place. Its architecture plays an important role. Its design, its swimming pool, its NEW, fully equipped cabana, its extended adjoining gardens, foster - in an almost magical way - both privacy and proximity, elegance and informality, open festiveness and quiet relaxation. Each couple or age group, and the party as a whole, have multiple options at hand as the day moves on, from dawn to twilight, from the warmth of bright sunlight to the pleasant breeze of a starry, moonlit night.

Take a morning walk, as we do, (or jog) along Chana's beautiful private road overlooking the sea. Have a hefty breakfast at one of our indoor terraces. Take a short ride to the splendorous nearby beaches, lunch out, or stay home, walk over to our small pond to watch the multiple varieties of flying birds and colorful fish, amongst date palm, lilies and coconut trees. Get a light sun tan while you swim or taste a glass of wine by the side of the pool; play family games (badminton, crocket) on the lawn or bocce at the far end of the property; listen to quiet music while you read on one of our indoor terraces or living rooms; lie in a hammock and relax as the sun comes down; Ask for coconut water (or a gin tonic) any time you feel thirsty. Hungry? Light up a fire for a barbecue in the afternoon, or try one of the Villa's typical dishes, prepared by our cook, at night, or simply, go out to dinnerâ€| the island has wonderful restaurants.

If you choose to stay home you can play cards or dominos in the evening; play a guitar and sing along, or smoke a cigar and chat around a lit fire pit until the late hours of night... Whatever the time of day, whatever your preference, whatever your mood, this Villa is a varied and unforgettable experience.

The Villa is only 5 to 20 minutes away by car from the most exuberant sandy beaches, with quality beachside restaurants. And 20 minutes away from Margarita's three principal cities: Porlamar, Pampatar, Juan Griego. La Asuncion, the state capital, is ten minutes away. Finally, the Villa is just 35 minutes from the International Airport. Some of the most attractive shopping centers anywhere in the world are quite near. And so are exquisite restaurants, plus any and all services that modern cities have to offer.

The Villa is totally equipped and furnished. It has five air conditioned double rooms with incorporated bathrooms and closets, plus a loft with a large sofa bed. The social area includes a 12 person dining room table, two living rooms, and two well equipped indoor terraces. A large swimming pool with an inviting barbecue area. And we have recently added a plush cabana, overlooking bocce court, and a small pond, surrounded by lilies, date palms and coconut trees. Finally, we have an ample lawn space for adults and children to play. Several table games can be made available. The Villa's loft has a sofa-bed, two small desks, and a telephone hook up for internet. Long distance calls can be made using readily available prepaid phone cards.

Meals at the Villa cost as much as your supermarket bill. Every thing else is on us. Experience shows that expenditures for this concept will never exceed $ 5 per person per day, liquor excluded. On the average, visitors eat at least two meals a day at the Villa. And many take their own food to the beach.
