Its location on the end of a private promontory, set within three acres of landscaped tropical gardens, provides a breathtakingly beautiful and tranquil setting, and the luxury of its own private golden sandy beach.

The Estate comprises a striking Estate House that can accommodate up to 16 guests in eight exquisitely appointed double bedrooms, and a more rustic Beach House that can accommodate a maximum of eight people in four rooms, set on the shores of it’s own beach.

The most recent bedroom to be added to the Estate House grounds is a spectacular and intimate ‘love nest’; located in the folly that rises out of the swimming pool, the ‘love nest’ features an all-glass bathroom and glass staircase, which leads to a romantic top floor bedroom boasting 360º views and a Juliet balcony from which a waterfall cascades into the pool below.

Features of the Estate include an internal waterfall within the Estate House; a private helipad; two swimming pools including a 27-metre infinity pool with an adjoining Jacuzzi; and ‘toys’ such as a 43-foot motor cruiser; a jet boat for wakeboarding or water skiing; two underwater sea scooters; and matching Shogun 4 x 4’s.

The Estate House and the Beach House can be hired separately as two stand-alone properties - both are self-contained with their own entrance, pool and beach, and both are cleverly concealed from one another to maintain privacy - or the entire Estate can be hired exclusively, including both properties.

Designed organically to blend in with the hillside, bringing together the organic and the natural with the space-age. A waterfall comes through the roof of the living room and cascades down alongside the staircase, cooling the house with a refreshing sound. The house was built by specialist builders and local craftsmen. Many of the interior fittings of the house were hand-made using local materials.

The Main Estate House

The Estate House sleeps up to 16 people in a total of eight large bedrooms; seven in the Estate House itself plus the spectacular and intimate ‘love nest’ located in the folly that rises out of the swimming pool.

All rooms are furnished with a mixture of antique and modern furniture, a 42-inch plasma TV, DVD and CD player, alarm clocks and hairdryers. All rooms have air conditioning and en suite bathrooms. Most have ceiling fans as well.

The Jacuzzi Room has a double four-poster bed with romantic nets, en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and a separate shower.

The Rose Room has a double four-poster bed with romantic nets, en suite bathroom and separate shower.

The Dais Room has a double four-poster bed with romantic nets, en suite bathroom and separate shower.

The Blue Room has a double bateau lit with romantic nets, en suite bathroom and separate shower.

The Reef View Room has a double four-poster bed with romantic nets, and en suite bathroom.

The Odeon Room has a double four-poster bed with romantic nets, and en suite bathroom and separate shower.

The Black Room has a double four-poster bed with romantic nets and en suite bathroom and a separate outdoor shower.

The ‘love nest’ has a double bed with mosquito net; all-glass bathroom; glass staircase and Juliet balcony.

The vaulted Drawing Room can open completely on two sides. It seats over 30 people comfortably. It features one of the largest collections of Biedermeier furniture in the world and an iPod featuring over 2,000 tracks.

The Dining Room has a dining table which was handmade on site from purple heart wood and green Brazilian butterfly granite, comfortably seats 22 people.

The Study features a PC with Internet access; a book library; a 50-inch home cinema flat screen television; a DVD library and PlayStation.

The Kitchen is fully-equipped to hotel specification and fully staffed.

Facilities include: 27-metre infinity lap pool with adjoining spa pool. Private golden sandy beach. Retractable awnings with inbuilt vaporisers which provide a cool mist in the heat of the day.

The Beach House

The thatched Beach House has been constructed in the style of a typical Caribbean beach house but with every modern facility. It offers a laid-back yet stylish beachside experience, with glorious vistas.

From the Beach House, guests can step off the deck and onto the private man-made beach, constructed using hundreds of tons of rocks topped with golden sand, complete with palm trees and thatched umbrellas.

The Beach House sleeps up to eight people in four large and elegantly appointed bedrooms, plus children, if sharing, over two floors.

The living area has folding doors that open onto a shaded deck overlooking the beach and the bay beyond. Often guests dine on the terrace in front of the house, overlooking the beach and enjoy the balmy breezes that accompany the food.

Inside is a 50-inch home cinema flat screen television with DVD and CD player, an iPod featuring over 2,000 tracks, plus a Sony PlayStation.

The Kitchen is fully-equipped and compact.

Reservation includes Full Staff of Chef, Assistant chef, Maitre d’, Deputy Maitre d’, bar and waiting staff, head housekeeper, housekeepers and maids, laundry, gardeners, maintenance and security, boat captain, and estate manager, also includes all food and drinks (including wines, cocktails, champagne, beers and soft drinks), meals are prepared in the main kitchen of the Main House.

Additional Amenities include transfers from and to the airport, 3 vehicles, services of the two Mitsubishi Shoguns, a 43’ motor cruiser, a wakeboarding/waterskiing boat and underwater sea scooters.

Rates listed are for Both Houses, but they can be rented separately. Please note that the Beach House may be rented if the Main House is only taken, rates here are for Exclusive use of the entire Estate.

Although both properties are on the same Estate, they are completely separate with their own entrances and almost invisible to each other.

Please note that although the Estate comprises a total of 12 double bedrooms, a maximum number of 22 people is recommended so that they can be accommodated comfortably at the dining table in the Estate House. The extra space can be used for children or singles in the party.
