The villa is a cute, Caribbean cottage style with gingerbread trim and vaulted ceilings.
The oceanfront pool is very private. A new seawall protects the property from storms and has created a nice beach below. Cayman Island Villa 20611 is deceptively large with over 2,800 square feet of living space and a full-width screen porch on the ocean that catches the trade-wind breezes and keeps any bugs at bay. Extremely deep (400') private lot is heavily landscaped and offers a large circular driveway and parking area. The villa sleeps 8 people (4 Adults and 4 children). There is 1 Oceanfront King Suite (for 2 Adults). 1 Oceanfront Queen Bedroom (for 2 Adults). 1 Bunk Bed located in the Queen Bedroom (for 2 Kids). A Pull-out Queen Sleeper Sofa (for 2 Kids).
