This villa has been designed in the Caribbean-villa style with high roofs and broad expanses of window giving the villa a casual, light, and airy interior.
The living-dining room has four distinctive areas in addition to the full kitchen and breakfast table. A media section holds a sofa and two lounge chairs. Nearby is a tropical wicker game table. The dining area with a table for eight is separated from an informal area with sofa, two chairs, and glass coffee table. The bedrooms have a view of the harbor.The villa’s spacious interior provides everything necessary for luxurious island living. The villa's large outdoor terrace holds a dipping pool with views of Deadman's Bay. Continuous balconies also make the most of the hillside location and its breathtaking views over Deadman's Bay and the yachts anchored in the harbor 150 feet below. Away from the sea, the back windows offer a contrasting view, looking through the woods and along the flank of the mountain.
