The villa enjoys full air-conditioning throughout, and a spacious, well-appointed gourmet kitchen with Viking range, chef's tools and delightful dinnerware. The dining area is conveniently located nearby, and the adjoining lanai/lounge offers a wet bar, beverage center and large flat screen TV, all of which are only steps from the pool deck. A few stairs lead from this lanai area to the slightly elevated second king bedroom suite, or down to the third king/double-twin suite on the villa's lower level. Each bedroom suite has its own balcony overlooking the sea.
