This nicely furnished home is situated on one and a half acres of well maintained land with 170 feet of waterfront on Harrington Sound.
It enjoys panoramic views of this body of water on which there is a private dock suitable for swimming and boating. A tennis court lies on the southern side of the property. The house is tastefully furnished and fully equipped. The accommodation consists of a master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom. There are three guest bedrooms and two bathrooms. (One guest room has a king size bed while the others offer two twin beds each). One can enjoy the water views from most rooms. There is an entry hall, large living room with fireplace and wet bar, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and a very large covered verandah which is nicely furnished for lounging and dining. The house offers reverse-cycle air conditioning.
