The master bedroom has a king sized four poster bed. The master bedroom opens onto a sunken garden facing the sea.

The second paneled bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.

The fourth and new pool side bedroom and bathroom enjoys its own private porch over looking the pool and has extra long twin beds. This bedroom can be accessed from the main house down a corridor or directly from the pool.

The house enjoys cooling ocean breezes and also offers central air conditioning in all rooms except the kitchen.

For outdoor living, there is a swimming pool, tiled patio and a covered lanai with barbecue and built-in benches.

The grounds are beautifully landscaped with many flowering bushes.

You will enjoy privacy and yet be only two houses away from the 4th hole of the Mid Ocean Club Golf Course.
