You enter into an open plan living room with dining table and newly renovated kitchen, enjoying spectacular views all around you.

Through the sliding door facing East you can step out to the dining patio, where you can sit and watch the busy boating scene in Flatts inlet below.

From the living room take the spiral staircase to the large master suite. This has a king size bed, fireplace and TV and a beautifully appointed bathroom with walk in shower and also a bath tub.

The second bedroom is on the main ground floor and is reached down a hallway. This bedroom has a Queen Size bed, doors out to the garden and lovely views, plus its own bathroom, which has a tub with shower.
