From the veranda, the swimming pool with infinity edge and sun deck located facing the sea can be easily accessed.

The modern Italian kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including hobs, cooker hood, oven, microwave/oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer.

The Master bedroom suite is located on the upper floor. It has a walk in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with a double Jacuzzi, shower, WC and double wash bowls. With sitting room and patio.The room has a modern four-poster bed with a memory foam mattress. The wardrobes are attractively finished to European standards. The room has amazing Sea Views.

The second ensuite bedroom is also located on the upper level facing the sea and includes a patio area.

On the ground floor there are three further bedrooms. One is made up as a king, and two as twin rooms, which can be converted to kings on request. All have beautifully appointed shower rooms with finishes and furniture as described above.

On the lower ground floor level is the gym with weights and a pool table.

Also on this lower ground level is a self contained apartment with 2 bedrooms, as well as lounge area with TV and kitchenette.

Reservation includes Full Staff of 2 maids, one of which prepares meals, and laundry service. 3 times a week linen changes. Additional staff is available at additional cost. There is a separate maids quarters. Staff is off on Holidays. The owner lives on island and is on call 24/7.
