The Main House was constructed from local coral stone, and designed as a family house by a well known local architect, in the traditional plantation style.

The four Guest Houses, situated close to the Main House, were added later and are also traditional in style, they were originally built to accommodate plantation workers.

The house stands in approximately 1.5 acres of what is generally acknowledged to be one of the most beautiful gardens on the island.

These grounds spill onto the white sandy beach, with its palm trees and the blue waters of the Caribbean beyond.

The Main House’s Ground Floor has a spacious entrance hall, reception rooms, piano room, wrap-around covered terraces and a one bedroom suite. As well as two guest bedrooms.

The sweeping staircase leads up to a further three bedroom suites.

Three of the bedroom suites have double beds, while one has twin beds. All bedroom suites are individually furnished, with sumptuously comfortable beds, dressed in Ralph Lauren linen.

The three upstairs bedroom suites have individual balconies, while the ground-floor bedroom suite opens onto a cobbled courtyard.

The four Guest Houses are arranged in two pairs: the Pink Houses and the Blue Houses. They take their names from the colour of their linen and fabric. Each pair interlinks, making them ideal for families with younger children. They can be furnished with double or twin beds.

The Guest Houses open out onto their own veranda, with the gardens beyond. Like the suites in the main house, all have en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, air-conditioning and safes.

Children are definitely welcomed here, the house is equipped with a baby cot, high chair, sterilizer and baby monitor and they can arrange for a service of a nanny if need be.

Special Water Toys are available for your use during your time here on the Estate. Some include: A 30’ Grady White twin engine pleasure boat, equipped with onboard shower and bathroom, a cooler that can be packed with refreshments, and a supply of cold towels. There is also a single and double kayak, and a Laser sailboat with trailer.
