Located on Old Fort Beach, considered to be one of the finest beaches on the island.

The Old Fort Bay is a place of historic interest, adjacent to the Lyford Cay Harbour entrance.

The Estate was under the ownership of the Founder of “Lyford Cay Club” until recently.

The house was furnished and decorated by an international designer as if it were her own home, and presents a quality of design and furnishings rarely found in a rental home. Having been widely photographed, the Estate has appeared in such world-renowned publications as Vanity Fair.

On first entering the 3 acre site, one follows the winding driveway though the multitudes of palm trees. The large, antique, wooden front door leads into a floral covered courtyard, which can serve as a wonderful outside dining area, the courtyard not only gives access to the Main House but there are also 3 separate entrances to the bedrooms that are connected to the Main House.

When first stepping into the Main House, you enter into a spacious Reception Room with breathtaking southern views overlooking the terrace, Infinity pool and ocean. The Reception Room has a state of the art sound system, with stereo capabilities that offers sound to the courtyard, terrace and dining area. The large windows in the Reception Room function as doors leading to the terrace.

There is a sheltered vaulted seating area, furnished with cushioned sofas. A few steps further takes you to a magnificent sun drenched area furnished with deck chairs all around the Infinity pool. This spectacular view directly overlooks the ocean with access to the private beach to your left. There are stairs carved into the rocks leading down to the beach.

Both sides of the pool have an expansive leveled lawn.

To the right of the heated Infinity pool is a Gloriette, superb for having a tranquil dinner.

There are also two separate patios that have been landscaped into the natural rock above the sea, this area is wonderful for sunbathing, having a sunset aperitif or barbeques.

The spacious Dining Room is drenched in natural light with stunning ocean views.

There is a supplementary alcove dining area between the Dining Room and the Kitchen.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with a state of the art oven, grill, 3 refrigerators, as well as a cooking island and sky light. This Kitchen is truly a dream for the aspiring gourmet!

To the left of the Reception Room is the Television Room, equipped with satellite TV and computer. This room has 4 windows with one sliding door leading to the terrace.

Leading off from the Television Room are two separate Bedrooms (each with Queen size beds) with their own private Bathrooms. Each of the Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and bathtub. One of the Bedrooms has its own entrance from the courtyard.

To the right of the courtyard are 2 more separate Bedrooms one bedroom has a Full size bed the other has a Queen size bed, they both share a bathroom and shower.

On the second floor one finds the spacious Master Bedroom with King size bed. It includes central air conditioning and has its own private terrace running the length of the floor, offering a panoramic view of the beach and sea. The Master Bathroom has a separate shower and bath.

Also on the second floor are 2 additional guest bedrooms located on either side of the Master Bedroom, each with Queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms, offering views onto the bay.

To the right of the Main House is a Cottage that offers an additional 3 Bedroom each with queen size bed and en suite bathrooms.

Additional Amenities include: Full Superb Staff of: Live in Butler , Live in Chef, Also 2 Maids, server, extra Maid 3 times a week for laundry, and 3 gardeners.
