Rates

$32,250 Island Rental fee per day for parties of 12 persons or less, no additional charge.

For parties of 13 - 24 individuals, $32,250 plus $1,500 per person per day for each person over 12.

$25,000 security deposit (refundable within 30 days after departure date)

5% Surcharge for Bahamian room tax and administrative fee. Gratuities not included in rate and are at the guest’s discretion.

All meals and beverages (both alcoholic & non-alcoholic with fine wines and champagnes) and unlimited use of all island amenities.

Transportation to and from the island, international telephone calls, massage, scuba diving, special entertainment such as fireworks, musical groups.
