The beach is ideal for sunbathing, the water offers one of the best snorkeling areas on the island. The house is located less than a mile from wind- and kite surfing, and 4 miles from downtown Oranjestad.

The house has 5 spacious bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. Views from the living room and master bedroom are spectacular! All five bedrooms have their own separate air-conditioning units.

Watch the sunset from your own private porch, or the spacious balcony off the master bedroom.

The back of the house is private, and has a large swimming pool.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, it’s own private bathroom, a sitting area, large sliding glass doors, opening up to a fantastic balcony overlooking the ocean.

A second bedroom/office is also upstairs.

Downstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The living area is very open and spacious, and consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar, which opens up to the backyard. The dining area is directly adjoining the kitchen, and flows into the living room, with ample sitting areas to take in the views.

All of these areas are fully air-conditioned with independent controls. TV/VCR/stereo in living room. There is a washer and dryer on the premises, and maid service is provided daily.

All linen, towels, beach towels are provided. All utilities are included except for international phone calls.
