Rates are inclusive of all breakfasts, dinner cheffing service, as well all beverages consumed in the home. A collection of professionals are on call to provide a wide range of other services including spa, massage, sports and personal exercise training.

The North Villa is situated on the north side of the estate and is perched on the edge of the cliff.
All master bedrooms and living spaces offer western views of the coast line and sunset views.

For smaller groups you can rent either the 5 Bedroom North Villa or 5 Bedroom South Villa. With special note that only the South Villa has Wheelchair Accessible features.
If rented separately, guests will share the common areas of the Tennis Court, Gym and Wedding Platform.
Everything else will be completely private and separated by the Wedding Platform dividing the properties with paths.
The total walk from one villa to the other is not more than 30 yards.
Located in Little Bay, Anguilla.
Little Bay Beach is a few minutes walk and a small climb the hill to the beach. Lime Stone Beach is 5 minutes walk. Shoal Bay is 12 minutes drive, and Crocus Bay is a 3 minutes drive.
