The house has a Mediterranean villa feel and is luxuriously decorated predominantly in creams, beiges and golds to give a feeling of sophisticated comfort.

The sumptuous accommodation boasts extensive original African works of art throughout, with beautiful appointments, quality furniture and the sign and smell of freshly cut flowers.

Positioned to have the sun all day with two pools, one of which is believed to be the largest free form pool of any private home in the area, the property is situated in a quiet area despite the bustling cosmopolitan city that lays below it.

On the Mountain View level there is a Lounge incorporating dining area. A Master double bedroom, en suite bathroom with separate shower. House cloakroom, Kitchen, Laundry.

Garaging for two luxury vehicles (property comes with a luxury 4x4 off road vehicle and a 7 series BMW).

On the Jungle View level there is the jungle entertainment lounge. Two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

There is also a separate and discreet manager’s quarters.

On the Garden View level there are two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. An Office, and Cellar.

On the Pool View level there is a Games Room.

There are three tiled decks accessed from Mountain View, Jungle View and Pool View levels all facing sea and with sun throughout the day. As well as a rear patio access from the Mountain View level.

Offering 2 Swimming Pools: 1 is a Plunge Pool (4.5 x 3.5 x 1.5 m). Teh other is an exceptionally large free form solar heated swimming pool.

There are tropical garden areas surrounding the solar heated swimming pool with rock formation waterfall on pool level.

The house is equipped with satellite TV throughout and audio entertainment centers and TVs are provided, along with safes and hair dryers, in all bedrooms.

Access to e-mail, Internet, fax and photocopier as well as baby-sitting services are available upon request.

Beds are turned down each evening and decanters of complimentary South African dry sherry and brandy are available for guests to partake of at any time. A lavish breakfast is included. Extra catering can be arranged with the manager at local prices. Laundry is done daily except on weekends.

From the moment you are greeted on your arrival in Cape Town and chauffeured to the villa, you will be met with a complimentary bottle of champagne.
