Totally reaccommodated in an art-deco style, the house gives a particularly pleasant atmosphere with its white architecture and its sober decoration. Interior: Ground floor: Living room, dining room (40 sqm) opening into the patio and the swimming pool, fully-equipped kitchen (washing machine...), 1st bedroom opening into the patio, private terrace, ensuite shower to the bedroom. First floor: 4 double bedrooms and 4 showers, opening into the patio, (the accommodation of the bedrooms can be modified on request, into 1 suite with a double bedroom and a living room, and 2 double bedrooms), laundry room. Exterior: 3 equipped-terraces of 120 sqm, with tables and deckchairs, opening into the patio. A governess and two cleaning ladies take care of the cooking and the maintenance of the villa and a gardener comes once a week. Location: Marrakech
